My Promise to the Client

Before becoming an attorney Pasquale worked for 18 years as a union rodsetter/ironworker. During this time he not only witnessed the struggles working men and women confronted on a daily basis, but he saw the terrible burden of injury and the recovery process. This experience has given Pasquale an intimate knowledge of all matters regarding personal injury and more importantly has instilled in him an empathy for those who are injured and a sincere desire to see the client as the person he or she is and the struggle they are going through. Approximately five years ago, Pasquale started Union Services Access “USA”, in order to provide injured workers with exemplary legal services and further guidance in their recovery process.

In 2014, Pasquale received the prestigious Peggy Browning Award and was recognized by the state of Pennsylvania for his legal activism, tireless support for working men and women and the consummate representation of those who were injured due to the negligence of others.
