Kevin is a polished trial attorney who has won jury trials in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice focuses on catastrophic injuries caused by construction site accidents, dangerous products and unsafe premises. Prior to joining Fritz and Bianculli, Kevin spent more than a decade litigating Construction and Construction Product Accident cases nationally. Kevin’s skill and experience, particularly in construction accident cases, was so valued by his clients that they would routinely send him all over the country for their highest-exposure cases. Wanting more personal fulfillment from his career, Kevin gave up his partnership at a prominent defense firm in 2018 to start helping individuals and families. After joining Fritz and Bianculli, Kevin combined his first-hand knowledge of how the insurance companies evaluate and handle claims with his passionate representation of our injured clients.
The proud grandson of four immigrants himself, Kevin takes great pride in representing many of our foreign-born and/or foreign-language clients. Kevin regularly holds accountable the companies who attempt to take advantage of these hardworking men and women and treat them as disposable, cheap labor. Kevin has recovered millions of dollars for clients who were incorrectly told by others that they had “no rights” after being injured.
